Often in litigation, plaintiffs and defendants need expert witnesses to testify regarding police or corrections procedures.  John O’Leary has served as an expert witness for both plaintiff and defense since 1989 testifying in state and federal courts throughout the United States.

 As an attorney, John O’Leary is able to work closely with the attorneys involved in the case to assist them with deposition preparation, discovery review and investigation of cases involving police and corrections procedures.

 Some of the expert cases for which he has given testimony and review include high speed chases, wrongful death, police shootings, and high risk warrant service.  He has also worked with law enforcement agencies in policy development, executive placement, training and supervision projects.
