Kathy J. Flynn has served as a Legal Assistant with O'Leary Associates since 2006.  In this position, Kathy assists clients understand the criminal case process.  She assists in the preparation of case files for Court, serving as a liaison, and handles investigations as necessary to assist clients with their cases.  Kathy also assist with the law enforcement expert cases handled by John O'Leary in reviewing materials and researching applicable procedures and standards.

Kathy has been in the judicial system since 1993. She is a former Deputy Sheriff, where she was a Sergeant in the K-9 Division. She was also a certified Explosive Ordinance Technician and a member of the Explosive Ordinance Disposal Unit. Kathy is a certified SCUBA diver and was a member of a law enforcement underwater recovery unit.
